Summary

Freefall Passenger Training familiarises delegates with evacuation procedures associated with free fall lifeboats.

Objectives

Delegates completing Freefall Passenger Training will have knowledge of;

• Boat and cradle information
• Launch positions and actions
• Theory of abandonment

Target Audience

Personnel who work onboard installations or ships which have a freefall lifeboat facility as a means of evacuation.

Prerequisites

In order to complete Freefall Passenger Training delegates must be at least 16 years of age.

Award

An in-house training provider certificate will be issued upon successful completion of Freefall Passenger Training.

Revalidation

There is no revalidation period for the certificate.

• Government issued photographic ID e.g. Driver's Licence or Passport
